Color Disclaimer:  Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, as well as giving description of colors, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.  Returns for color variations will be charged 15% restocking fee.

Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order contact sales@something-crafty.com.  If the order has already shipped it cannot be cancelled.  

Unwanted Items:

To return items please contact sales@something-crafty.com within 14 days of product delivery. Return shipping to be paid for by customer.  Once product is returned a credit less 15% will be issued.

Damaged Items:

Any item received damaged please contact sales@something-crafty.com within 7 days of product delivery.  Photos of the damaged item(s) will need to be submitted and pending approval a replacement item will be shipped.

By submitting a Return Claim you are agreeing to these policies and restocking fees, if they apply.

Undeliverable Items:

If the shipping provider is unable to deliver your order or if the order is refused and returned there is a 15% restocking fee on the order.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
